Before I started my study Integrated Psychotherapy, I did several jobs: I worked in a bio-shop, studied classical piano, looked after the goats, was a waitress and did paintwork, for instance. I like working with my hands. Looking back, my fascination with posture and movement in my body – the freedom and the blocks as well – was always there.

I love the adventurous element in Integrated Psychotherapy. The body may take the lead – and brings unknown beauty, strength and clearness to the surface. I like to contact to the peolpe who dare to slow down and to enter unknown terrain.

In the course Integrated Psychotherapy, I learned to work with clients not without myself being in the role of client: What do I encounter in my life en how do I handle that, what do I need to take the next step?

For me, this has often to do with stopping doing things alone. If I manage to ask for help or company in difficult times, I feel relieved and a deep sigh runs trough my chest..
